For those attending in person, doors will open at 9:00 am, and refreshments and cookies will be available beginning at 10:00 am outside the cafe on the Upper School patio before and after the program.

Parking and Valet Service

• Complimentary valet parking begins at 9:00 am in front of the gatehouse. 
• We strongly encourage ride sharing and public transportation, given the limited parking we have on campus. Thank you for your understanding!
• Visitors may self-park in the Field Lot and South Campus Upper Lot starting at 9:00 am on a first-come, first-served basis. Visitors may also park in the Ascension Greek Orthodox Cathedral Parking Pavilion (4700 Lincoln Avenue) on Levels 1 and 2.
• Visitors are not permitted to park in the neighborhood per our agreement with the City of Oakland. 
• Please remember that you are a visitor in a residential neighborhood, so be courteous at all times to our neighbors and follow our Big 5 Driving Rules.

Accommodations for Those Who Require Special Assistance 

We are offering very limited, by-permission-only parking accommodations in Whittle Lot for those with reduced mobility. You must request access in advance by emailing Roz Fleury, Associate Director of Operations, no later than 12:00 pm on Thursday, December 18.
