A network of individuals and families connecting around adoption. They welcome both adult and young adoptees, birth parents, adoptive parents, and those who are interested in adoption to get involved in supporting their objectives of 1) providing a safe forum for those touched by adoption; 2) educating students, parents, and teachers about adoption; and 3) ensuring School curriculum and language is sensitive to adoption and family diversity issues.
A group of parents, teachers, staff, and administrators working to support new and returning Asian families in the HRS community and promote social and educational events related to the wide range of Asian identities and cultures.
LFN is a group of parents, teachers, and administrators working to support new and returning Latino families in the HRS community. They promote social and educational events related to the diverse Latino cultural identities and traditions and support the recruitment of interested Latino families.
AAFN works to support new and returning African American families in the HRS community and promotes social and educational events related to African-American identities and cultures.
Includes LGBTQIA+ parents, faculty, staff, and students, as well as straight allies who are interested in creating an inclusive community at HRS. The GSD Network offers social support, education, and outreach.
LDN walks hand-in-hand with parents of LD students, teachers, and the Learning Specialists Team to assist, inform, advocate, and improve the academic experience of all children at HRS. LDN serves as a resource of information, experience, and parent and teacher education.
