Neighbor Announcements

Beginning on Monday, January 11, and continuing through Friday, Jan 22, you may notice a small crew of workers working in and around the three historic buildings located on the east end of the former LCC campus. The workers will be on-site from approximately 7 am until 5 pm each weekday (no weekend hours) working mostly indoors. The work involves investigative excavation of selected areas to assess structural integrity and to identify potentially hazardous materials. This kind of work is typical during pre-construction and does not require permits or inspections. The work will not create a significant amount of noise or pollutants.
