Affinity Groups

In January 2020, the Asian Parents Network hosted a Lunar New Year
celebration to kick off the Year of the Rat.

What is an affinity group? Affinity groups provide a space for people who share a common identifier (e.g. race, gender, religion, etc.) and can speak to the experience of being a member of the group from an “I” perspective. If you're a student looking for an affinity space, read the list of options below and contact the advisor. Are you a parent or caregiver interested in joining a Family Affinity Group? Join a group via HRSConnect. Watch this video from our Tech Department to learn how.
