The Head's Perspective

I have always loved the craft of writing. It is a uniquely personal and subjective endeavor. The question of what makes a good writer has been the source of good conversation and healthy arguments since time immemorial. 

As an English major of Williams, I earned my first job in NYC working as an account executive at Ogilvy & Mather Advertising. I recently came across an internal memo from David Ogilvy to all of his staff titled: "How to Write."
