School & Student Overview
Head-Royce School seeks students who can benefit from a rigorous academic program and who are capable of the self-discipline necessary to succeed. The School seeks a diverse student body; admission is open to all students regardless of race, color, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation, nationality or ethnic origin. Students are accepted in kindergarten through grade eleven, with the largest numbers entering in kindergarten, sixth, and ninth grades.
Our community includes students with different learning styles as well as physical disability. All family structures including traditional nuclear, blended, single parent, gay/lesbian, and adopted make up the diversity of our population. The School encourages applications from underrepresented groups and welcomes all inquiries. For the 2016-2017 academic year, the School will award nearly $4.9 million in financial aid to more than 25% of our students.
